Records the receipt of goods into a business and the dispatch of goods from a business while minimising losses to the establishment and maintaining stock records.
• Receive deliveries of stock into the business (NQF Level 3)
• Dispatch stock from the business (NQF Level 3)
This qualification is registered on the occupational qualifications’ framework within the NQF and consists of the following three components:

• Knowledge modules
• Practical modules
• Workplace modules

Each of these components consist of several modules that you must complete

Knowledge Modules – 12 credits:

• KM-01: The receiving and dispatch environment.
• KM-02: Concepts of shrinkage and losses.
• KM-03: Principles of receiving and checking deliveries.
• KM-04: Principles of dispatching stock.

Practical Modules – 7 credits:

• PM-01: Receive stock.
• PM-02: Prepare items for dispatch.
• PM-03: Prevent shrinkage and losses

Work-based Modules – 15 credits:

• WM-01: Processes and procedures for receiving stock.
• WM-02: Processes and procedures for dispatching stock.
